How are you choosing the names? It just dawned on me, I was looking at the Office for National statistics the other day and they have data on the most popular names for babies. If you were doing them on spec, it could be worth a look. Also, not sure what fonts you have, but somewhere like http://www.dafont.com could be useful too. (some of them are terrible, but some are really good, and there’s a huge range of styles).
