So far so good with the New Years Resolutions, here is my baking for January.
I’ve called them 14 hour meringues because that’s how long it took to bake them.
Meringues should be so simple, all it takes is egg white, sugar and air. But alas, I have yet to find the perfect crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside recipe.
I suspect these will end up as Eton Mess…
