I had a brief flirtation with the idea of running about 5 years ago. I did the (brilliant) Couch to 5k programme, (which amazingly, still allows me to run for about 24 3/4 minutes before I decide I hate it and stop) but once I got to my 30 minute running goal, I lost interest and stopped.

These were my running shades, which never got a great deal of use, but I’ve hung onto for no apparent reason.
